Preparation

  • Start training 3–4 months before your climb.
  • Regular long walks with a loaded pack build stamina.
  • Cardio and hill training beat gym sessions.

January to March offers clear skies and quieter trails. June to October is the dry season — the most popular window with reliable weather.
